Absolutely not. This is a competition of raw frontend skill. You are allowed to use vanilla HTML and vanilla CSS only. No preprocessors, no frameworks.
No. All players must sign an honor pledge and stream their main monitor and webcam. If a referee detects AI generation tools active, you will be instantly disqualified.
Since we require screen verification to prevent foul play, a basic webcam and a single monitor that you can screen-share is completely fine.
Our visual regression engine calculates match percentage. If both players score a 98%, referees will vote on whoever wrote the cleaner, more efficient CSS architecture.
